Hi, I’m Mo Simmons, broker and owner of Synergy Real Estate Group. With a passion for guiding buyers and sellers, I make the complex process of real estate simple and stress-free. I leverage my expertise to help you understand home values, navigate the mortgage process, and seize the best opportunities in the market.
In addition to leading my team at Synergy, I serve as the President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Wisconsin (WCR) and have held multiple leadership roles, including past President and Director of Programs. My active membership with Take Root Milwaukee—a coalition of over 40 community organizations, neighborhood groups, and industry experts—reflects my commitment to sustainable homeownership in our city.
I hold several specialized designations, including ABR, MRP, PSA, PMN and SRS, which empower me to address the unique needs of diverse clients—from first-time buyers to military families. Recognized as Agent of The Month and consistently ranked among Top Producers, I bring a track record of success and innovation to every transaction.
